The Oklahoma County District Court has a satellite office right in Edmond at 7 North Broadway, Edmond, OK 73034, phone (405) 359-4515. You can use this office for many court clerk services without driving to downtown Oklahoma City.

Edmond Municipal Court and Civil Records
The Edmond Municipal Court is separate from the District Court. It covers misdemeanor traffic offenses, city ordinance violations, and code enforcement cases. It does not handle civil lawsuits. If you appeal a municipal court case, it goes to the Oklahoma County District Court for a completely new trial. You must file the appeal within 30 days. New evidence and witnesses can come in at the District Court level.
Edmond Municipal Court hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Online payments are available through the Edmond online payment portal. There is a 3% service fee plus a $2.50 processing fee for online payments. These fees are not refundable.

The fee schedule is standard across the county. First page costs $1.00. Each page after that is $0.50. Certification is $0.50. Authentication runs $5.00. If staff has to search for a record without a case number, they may charge $5.00 to $10.00 for the lookup time.
