Fax: (580) 548-2430. The Archives Department handles records searches and copies at the same phone number. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The office stays open during lunch.

Enid Municipal Court is a Court NOT of Record. No court reporter records the proceedings. If you appeal a judgment, the case goes to Garfield County District Court for a completely new trial. Enid Civil Court Records Fees
Garfield County follows the state fee schedule from Title 28, Section 31. First page is $1.00. Each extra page is $0.50. Certification costs $0.50 per document. Authentication runs $5.00. If you do not know the case number, there is a $5.00 search fee.
Some set costs apply for common documents. A copy of a marriage license costs $6.50, which includes the search fee, copy, and certification. A copy of a divorce decree is $12.50 with the same breakdown. These flat rates make it easy to know what you will pay before making a request. OSCN searches are always free.
Note: Garfield County closes at 4:30 PM rather than 5:00 PM, which is earlier than most other county offices in Oklahoma.
